Then the same process as 01. Hot extracted at 93 degrees, blended with Australian vodka, made in Melbourne.

Cocoa, dark caramel, dried fig. Less acidity than 01 and a softer, longer finish. The foam holds.

Your questions
Add 100ml GRADA to a shaker. Shake hard with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. That's it. No vodka. No fresh espresso. Nothing else to add.
No. GRADA already contains alcohol at 16% ABV. When shaken with ice it dilutes to approximately 12% ABV, standard bar strength. The balance is already built in.
No. GRADA is perfectly balanced on its own. No additional coffee or sugar is required.
Yes. Serve over ice in a short glass with a cube. Think espresso martini flavour, without the shake.
GRADA is hot extracted at 93°C using a full immersion method, then blended with Australian vodka. That is where its depth and structure come from.
No, it is our decaf. The coffee is Swiss Water decaffeinated by Decaf Co, with no chemicals and no solvents. If you want the caffeine, that is GRADA 01 Single Origin, at roughly the level of a standard long black.
