Delivery

We deliver across Australia using Australia Post's alcohol delivery service. We do not deliver overseas. An adult 18 or over must be present to accept the delivery.

If identification cannot be produced, or if the person accepting the parcel appears to be intoxicated, the carrier will refuse to hand it over. We cannot leave alcohol unattended. We do not offer authority to leave, safe drop or "leave at the door" on any order, and we cannot act on a request to leave a parcel unattended.

If nobody is home, the carrier will leave a card or send a collection notice and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for you to collect with identification. We deliver with Australia Post. Deliveries finish by 11pm. On your first order we deliver only to the person who placed the order, and they must show photo ID proving they are 18 or older. On later orders someone must sign for the parcel, and Australia Post will ask for ID if they look under 25.

Parcels containing alcohol are never left unattended. We do not deliver on Good Friday or Christmas Day. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this paragraph limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. From time to time we run promotions with free or reduced shipping. When one is running, the details are on the site and the discount is applied at checkout.
