01 Single Origin: Brazilian, from Fazenda Pinhal in Minas Gerais. IWSC 2024 Gold.
02 Midnight Decaf: Mexican, Swiss Water Decaffeinated, 99.9 percent caffeine free.
Hot extraction at 93 degrees, 16% ABV, single-ingredient espresso martini.
Shake 100ml over ice for five seconds. Strain. Enjoy.
Tasting notes
01 Single Origin: chocolate brownie, burnt caramel, black cherry and a buttery mouthfeel.
02 Midnight Decaf: cocoa, dark caramel, dried fig. Less acidity, softer finish, the foam holds.
What is in the box
Three 700ml bottles in your chosen mix, 16% ABV each. Recipe card.
On ice: 60ml over one large cube, twist of orange.
Coffee & Tonic: 60ml GRADA, 90ml Fever Tree Indian tonic, built over ice in a highball. Quick stir, wedge of lime.
Affogato: poured straight over good vanilla ice cream.
Mixes: three 01, two plus one, one plus two, or three 02.
Volume: 2.1 litres. Twenty-one serves at 100ml.

The serve
- 100ml of GRADA into a shaker of ice.
- Shake hard for five seconds.

No. GRADA already contains alcohol at 16% ABV. When shaken with ice it dilutes to approximately 12% ABV, standard bar strength. The balance is already built in.
