Most espresso martinis take three things: an espresso shot, a vodka pour and a coffee liqueur. GRADA 02 Midnight Decaf collapses all three into one bottle. Decaffeinated. Shake 100ml over ice for 5 seconds, strain into a chilled coupe. That is the cocktail.
Decaf Co are Australia's specialty decaf people. They roast nothing else. We worked with their team for over six months to land on a single bean that holds up against an espresso martini with no apology — their Mexico Organic, on a custom roast profile, Swiss Water decaffeinated.
